Experienced, motivated PT Retail Sales Associate needed at The Hidden Outlet, Portsmouth’s newest outdoor apparel outlet!

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide product recommendations.
• Sell merchandise with a positive, helpful manner.
• Stock shelves and ensure products are displayed attractively and organized.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with cash register operations or POS systems is a plus.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• A positive attitude towards learning new skills related to retail operations.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 25 per week
